Dillon Reece is a dedicated real estate professional with Epic Real Estate, serving Little Rock and the greater Central Arkansas area. Before stepping into the world of real estate, Dillon built a career as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit, where he developed the compassion, focus, and problem-solving skills he now brings to his clients. His transition from healthcare to real estate was driven by a lifelong interest in homes, DIY projects, and the desire to help people through life’s biggest milestones. 

Whether guiding first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners, Dillon’s goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible. He believes buying or selling a home should be a memorable and even fun experience. Known for his energy, creativity, and relationship-focused approach, Dillon works closely with The Caldwell Team at Epic Real Estate — a collaborative group committed to supporting one another so clients are always cared for. 

Born and raised in the small town of Gurdon, Arkansas, Dillon attended Arkansas Tech University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing before building a successful nursing career. Today, he lives in Little Rock with his wife and their daughter. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors, playing tennis, running, cooking, making music, or tackling a new home project. Dillon and his family are active members of Fellowship Bible Church – Midtown.
